Terms and Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your tour. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Booking & Payment
- A booking is confirmed only after full payment or a deposit is received.
- Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund.
- Cancellations made 3–7 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows: No refund.
3. Changes to Booking
- Any change requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Tour Inclusions
- Transportation, guide, meals, and entry fees as specified in the tour description.
- Exclusions: Personal expenses, optional activities, and gratuities unless stated.
5. Liability
- We are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, accident, or delay caused by third-party providers or unforeseen circumstances.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
6. Health & Safety
- Guests must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is a concern.
7. Insurance
- Travel insurance is not included. We recommend all travelers arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance.
8. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for changes or cancellations due to natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.
9. Photography
- We may take photos during the tour for promotional use. Please inform us in advance if you do not wish to appear in such material.
10. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
